January 4, 2012 - The meeting was cancelled due to a medical emergency so there were not enough BOD members in attendance. Marc DeManigold resigned as President and Treasurer.
November 2, 2011 - There were not enough BOD members in attendance to form a quorum so there was no meeting held this month.

September 7, 2011 - There were not enough BOD members in attendance to form a quorum so there was no meeting held this month. Ron Jensen turned in his letter of resignation.
ANNUAL MEETING August 26, 2011 - There were not enough eligible voters present to have a quorum, so we could not hold a meeting.
August 3, 2011 - There were not enough BOD members in attendance to form a quorum so there was no meeting held this month.
