The next annual meeting will be held in the Association Building in Clarkston on Saturday, August 28, 2010. We will open with a pot luck at 6:00 p.m.then begin the meeting at 7:00 p.m.
You should be receiving your annual letter, proxy, agenda, and any bios received for Ed Arnold's position as his seat is up for election at this year's annual meeting. We are still allowing members to submit a bio for the open board member seat. If you would still like to submit a bio for the board seat, please submit a letter of intent as soon as possible and we will post it to the website.
If you did not receive a letter, please accept our apologies and contact Julie Hardyman at juliehardyman@yahoo.com. You may print off any of the below documents if you did not receive a copy in the mail.
