Welcome to our Valley!
Ponderosa Pines is located near the historic Headwaters State Park. Our valley is nestled at the foot of the Horseshoe Hills in a rural part of Gallatin County. Three Forks is the nearest town, approximately 15 miles away. Our community consists of about 220 homes, each on their own 10 acre lot, offering plenty of space for all your outdoor activities. This is a beautiful valley with many great opportunities for all kinds of recreation including miles of hiking and horseback riding trails, hunting, fishing, and floating the Missouri River. The Missouri River and the Fairweather band landing are located just a short distance away, and for some people, within walking distance. National Forest Service property isn't too far off for a weekend camping adventure. If you enjoy hunting or wildlife viewing, there are lots of deer, antelope, elk, moose, black bear, and many varieties of game birds in the area. A little something for everyone!
